The COTA assesses patient needs and provides direct occupational therapy treatment in consultation with an Occupational Therapist. They function as part of an interdisciplinary team and are responsible for coordinating home care for elderly patients.
This position is based out the Seattle MLK site but will cover north and east King County/South Snohomish as needed.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Candidates must be graduates of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program and hold a valid Washington state license, limited permit, or temporary license. BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire.
