Perform in-home and site-based blood draws while ensuring safe sample transport to lab partners. Assist patients with telehealth technology setup and conduct medical intake processes such as blood pressure monitoring.

We are looking for a Mobile Phlebotomist who can play a key role in supporting patient care.
Conduct in-home blood draws for patients, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience
Support blood draws at our CHC partner sites.
Secure blood samples and transport them to our designated lab partner following established protocols.
Assist patients in setting up technology for telehealth visits, ensuring a seamless virtual healthcare experience.
Conduct other medical intake processes, including measuring blood pressure and gathering relevant health information.
Make daily home visits, maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and patient care.
Other responsibilities as needed.
