The RN will perform OB/Gyn triage, conduct nurse visits, and perform NSTs while coordinating with other triage nurses. They are responsible for providing direct patient care, including assessments, clinical procedures, and medication administration.
This is a Casual status also known as Per Diem RN position.
The days will vary Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
No weekends or evenings.
Training will be full time hours for ~3 weeks (M-F 8am-5pm).
Located at Scripps Coastal Jefferson in Oceanside.

What you'll do: Triage OB/Gyn calls, call patients with results, NST's, Nurse visits and work in conjunction with other Triage RNs of the division.
You will ensure Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience.
Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.
Patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration.
Work collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
Candidates must have an ADN or Nursing Diploma and a valid CA RN license with BLS certification from the American Heart Association. A BSN and experience in OBGYN or Labor & Delivery are preferred.
