Market context

Minnesota Labor & Delivery RN demand remains steady

Minnesota hospitals and birth centers continue to need Labor & Delivery RNs, especially candidates with recent postpartum or L&D experience and current BLS. This role is competitive because employers often prefer a Minnesota RN license, a BSN, and NRP or ACLS, while new grads with relevant rotations may still be considered. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save research time, then confirm your license, certifications, and recent unit experience before applying.
