Additional Qualifications Relevant experience preferred. License or Certification ARRT registration Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) Certified Therapy Technologist (CTT) certification. Basic Life Support Certification is required upon hire and must be valid for 90 days or greater from start date, and must maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) competency.
