About the role

Provide high-quality anesthesia services for a variety of high-acuity cases within a supportive Care Team model at a Level 1 trauma center. Responsibilities include managing cases in general surgery, transplants, and specialty teams, as well as participating in on-site simulation labs.

Anesthesia Partners – North Texas now has a full-time CRNA opening at Baylor University Medical Center in downtown Dallas, a Level 1 trauma center.

Shift types: Choice in FT status with 30/32/36/40-hr. work week to accommodate work-life balance and staffing needs.

Choice in a variety of shifts: 6/8/10/12-hour options Voluntary Weekend call available with stipend Opportunity for overtime Full-time night shift position available Compensation Competitive experience-based hourly rate with evening, weekend, and night shift differentials Sign-on bonus Holiday shifts pay (1.5x to 2x depending on holiday) We are seeking someone who enjoys the challenge of higher acuity cases with shared decision-making within a supportive Care Team model.

Case variety includes general surgery, trauma, kidney/pancreas transplant, orthopedics, ENT, vascular, spine, plastics, bariatric, endoscopy, IR, urology, thoracic, GYN, and optional OB.

Opportunities available for regional, invasive lines, precepting RRNAs, working with specialty teams, and participating in on-site sim lab.

Qualifications

All USAP Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist must meet state licensure requirements. CRNAs must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
