Overview Seeking Cardiac Anesthesiologists at the prestigious AdventHealth System in Orlando, FL Job Highlights Join a large, well-established, multispecialty anesthesia group in Orlando, Florida! We are seeking a board-certified cardiac anesthesiologist. For those interested, there is also an opportunity to take on transplant call for additional compensation.Position Highlights:
Compensation: $600,000+ (including $565K base salary, full benefits, $50K sign-on bonus, and incentive pay for adult liver and/or thoracic transplant call)
Additional Opportunities: Option to care for adult liver transplant and thoracic transplant for extra compensation, if desired
Vacation: 10 weeks per year
CME Allowance: $2,500
Relocation Allowance: $10,000
Call Schedule: One weekday per week and 12 weekend calls per yearThe cardiac case mix includes a complex endovascular structural heart program (tavr, MitraClips, TMVR), CABG, complex mitral repair, VATS, thoracotomies, thoracic AAA, ventricular assist devices, minimally invasive RV support procedures, complex ECMO, PTE with circulatory arrest, heart and lung transplants (occasionally combined or with subsequent liver transplant) and challenging aortic dissection repairs. Cardiac volume per physician is at least 30-40% cardiac cases given our large team and expanding program, with the rest being a mix of general/endo/cath lab/high risk OB/regional.
