Opportunity to help grow a new practice Strong Physician support Current team consists of 1 Neurosurgeon and 1 PA Full-time position with opportunity to work in both the inpatient and outpatient setting Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination
Average of 10-15 patients per day on the outpatient side; 3-5 when on inpatient service Clinic hours: Monday through Friday 8a-5p Some backup call and weekend rounding may be required once fully trained Practice is a mix of inpatient and outpatient Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve APP will also assist Physician in the OR Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills
