Overview The MCP Trauma/OB Division (Summit) is hiring FT CRNAs for Medical City Plano.

This is a highly compensated position with top-tier pay, significant shift differentials, and strong incentives for call shifts and in-house 24-hour coverage, making it an excellent opportunity to maximize earnings.

The group is known for supportive leadership, a collaborative culture with mutual respect from all team members, and excellent work-life balance.

The compensation is paid hourly based on years of experience with a competitive sign-on bonus!

Plenty of opportunities for CRNAs who want overtime and extra call from home.

CRNAs who are highly motivated to work overtime and take extra call from home can make well over $300,000 before the addition of compensation benefits!

Market context

Texas CRNA roles stay highly competitive

Texas CRNA openings are typically driven by hospital and surgical-center demand, especially where high-acuity services like trauma and obstetrics are offered. These roles are competitive because employers look for full CRNA certification, Texas licensure, and credentialing readiness, with high-risk OB and trauma experience often strengthening a candidate’s fit. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform from the original posting, then confirm your license status and prepare examples of complex-case experience before applying.
