About the role

Delivers comprehensive nursing care to patients across various age groups, from neonates to adults, using the nursing process of assessment and intervention. Coordinates with health team members to maintain high professional standards in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Job Description

Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members. Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing. Provides high quality care to the following patient populations: Neonate, Infant, Toddler, School Age, Adolescent, and Adult Medical/Surgical, including inpatient and outpatient.

Qualifications

Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required. Prefer bachelors degree in nursing or other related field. Hospital based nursing Health care experience within the last five years preferred. Pediatric care experience preferred. Maintains valid licensure/certification/registration. Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Iowa.

Requirements

Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing and a valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Iowa. Experience in hospital-based nursing and pediatric care within the last five years is preferred.
