What You'll Do: Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care Assess resident health status and monitor changes in condition Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate clinical documentation Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life Support a positive and respectful care environment Required Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to follow oral and written instructions
