Market context
Indiana hospitals and medical centers continue to need registered nurses for inpatient and step-down units, especially for day-shift roles like MPCU. These positions are competitive because employers look for an accredited associate degree, an active RN license, and readiness to work in a fast-paced clinical setting; new graduates may still be considered. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your license status and highlight any clinical rotations or patient-care experience in your application.
