10/12HR SHIFTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED Key Responsibilities: Administers radiation treatments, simulations, dosimetry functions, and fabricates blocks in preparation for treatment. Requires initiative and independent judgment. Proper care of the client in accordance with the departmental and hospital policies and procedures is required. Performs radiation therapy treatments as required in either a scheduled or emergent environment under the supervision of the Radiation Oncologist. Updates procedure manuals as needed. Manages daily treatment schedule of all assignments on the clinical equipment. Observes and demonstrates familiarity with all safety features in each clinical area. Works closely with reception, Nursing, and physician components in the provision of patient care Ability to function independently and proficiently in a high stress, work intensive environment. Attendance at all mandatory education is required.

Minimum Requirements: Must have 2+ years Radiation Therapy experience Previous travel is preferred Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment Must have Active American Registration of Radiologic Technologists ARRT Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start): Drug screen and background check (facility required) Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
