Competitive Pay Based on Experience - Rates start between $16/hour to $18/hour based on experience and certification (i.e CNA, DC or HHA) Higher Hourly Pay – All weekend shifts, couples shift, and Last-minute calls have a different pay rate. CNA, HHA, and DCW Certification A minimum of one (1) year experience as a caregiver (or similar position) TB Test (2 - Step PPD/Chest X-Ray/QuantiFERON Blood Work) Driver’s license, reliable personal transportation.
