About the role

Provide personal care services to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to promote comfort. Observe patient conditions and document care provided and observations made.

Overview As a Hospice Aide, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and provide various services for a patient as necessary to meet the patient’s personal needs and to promote comfort. The Hospice Aide is responsible for observing the patient, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care given.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred. CNA or Home Health Certification required.

Experience

  • Hospice or Long-term Care experience preferred.

Requirements
