Innovative Telemedicine: Extend your reach with our community cancer center and telemedicine services utilizing TCON, E consults and virtual patient visits. Research Opportunities: Engage in cutting-edge clinical trials through our NCI Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) grant. Accredited Programs: Our program is recognized as an Integrated Network Cancer Center program (INCP) accreditation by Comprehensive Community Cancer Program and holds a National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers by the American College of Surgeons. Leadership Structure: Essentia Health is a dyad-led organization with strong physician and administrative leadership Advanced EMR: We utilize EPIC electronic medical record in both inpatient and ambulatory facilities, ensuring top-tier electronic medical record utilization. Job Specifics Consultative Call Only: Hospitalists handle admissions and night coverage. Patient Load: Manage an average of 12-14 follow-up visits and 1-2 new patients daily. Team Dynamics: Join a growing team of 4 MDs and 3 APC, with anticipated future growth/expansion. Regional Outreach: Provide care one to two days per week at regional clinics in Park Rapids, MN and Fosston, MN. Call Schedule: Approximately 10 days of call per month.

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology Board Certified/Board Eligible in Medical Oncology Experience: Proven experience as a Hematology/Oncology Physician COMPENSATION $571,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
