Overview HealthPro Heritage has a great Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC/CFY) opportunity! $7,500 Sign-On Bonus Need: Full-time, Part-time, and PRN Locations: Waverly & Chillicothe, OH Setting: Continuing Care Retirement Community Full-time Rate Range: $55–$60/hr | Sign-On Bonus/Relocation Assistance available: $7,500 Sign-On Bonus Why You’ll Love This Opportunity: Full-Time, Part-Time, or consistent PRN schedules available W-2 position with hourly rates between $55–$60/hr $7,500 Sign-On Bonus or Relocation Assistance available for Full-Time Variety in your day-to-day work between two sites within 20 miles of one another Mileage reimbursement for travel between sites Full-Time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, free CEUs & more!

Part-Time benefits packages are available as well.

CCCs preferred, but we also have amazing supervision provided for CFYs!

Responsibilities

Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations. Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results. Treatment and Education: Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.

Documentation

Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Collaboration

Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.

Qualifications

Education: Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Licensure

Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible.

Certification

  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP). Supervision provided for CFYs!
  • Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Requirements

Requires a degree in Speech Language Pathology and valid state licensure. ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred, though supervision is provided for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates.
