  • What You’ll Do
  • Provide nursing care that supports the Sisters’ physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
  • Complete assessments, monitor health changes, and respond promptly to urgent needs
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and Center guidelines
  • Offer leadership, guidance, and support to caregivers and med aides during your shift
  • Communicate clearly with Sisters’ families and interdisciplinary staff
  • Document all care accurately and thoroughly in accordance with policy and regulation
  • Participate in care planning and contribute to quality improvement
  • Assist Sisters in preparing for chapel, liturgy, and community activities
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and peaceful environment
  • Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality expectations

  • Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills

Requirements
