Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based clinical approaches Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with case managers, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams to support client care Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development
