As a new graduate or early career nurse, our ANCC-accredited Nurse Residency Program (Practice Transition Accreditation Program® with distinction) is designed to build your confidence and strengthen your clinical skills as you transition into professional practice. You’ll learn in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with hands-on experience and dedicated mentorship. August 2026 graduates are eligible for consideration. How you'll make an impact in this role Partner with your RN preceptor to support patient care through observation, documentation and clear communication. Assist with physician and nursing care plans to help deliver safe, coordinated care. Monitor, communicate and document changes in patient condition. Strengthen clinical thinking and judgement through structured transition-to-practice experiences that support safe, competent, person-centered care. What minimum qualifications you'll need

  • Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
