Assists with treatments and procedures and carries out selected interventions within the framework of the established care plan.   • Requirements: · Competence in nursing and technical skills. · Ability to follow directions during an emergency. · Knowledge of emergency equipment consistent with area of practice. · Demonstrates dependability by adhering to work schedules. · Functions effectively when priorities change. · Perform basic Mathematics · Basic computer skills · Effective communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to collaborate or provide care with diverse populations. · Ability to lift and move patients, stretchers and equipment. Ability to spend prolonged periods of time walking and/or standing.

Requirements

Requires a graduate of an LPN program with a current Connecticut LPN license and Basic CPR certification. Experience in patient care or as a hyperbaric technician is preferred but training is provided.
