Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Candidates must hold a Master's degree or Ph.D. from an accredited Speech/Language Pathology program. An Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License is required upon hire, along with BLS certification within 30 days.
