Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) – Private Duty Pediatric Nurse Cranberry Township, PA | Surrounding Areas Pay Range: $30-$35/hour Referral Bonus Eligible – Uncapped Make a Difference One Patient at a Time Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.
This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients and families while delivering high-quality, individualized care in the home setting.

Required: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania) License acquired 1 year prior to application Ability to provide care in a home setting Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills Preferred: Pediatric or home health experience Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube) Schedule & Flexibility Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities Flexible scheduling based on your availability 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available Why Angels of Care: We have a full benefits package, bulleted out below.
