Home-Based Therapist - Per Diem

Schedule

• 10-15 hours/week ; during the week and/or weekend
• Primary
• Responsibilities: Provide individual, family, or group therapy sessions to clients in their homes Offer immediate support and intervention during crises Fostering healthy and productive family communication Transporting families and children to necessary appointments and meetings Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, symptoms, and stress factors to diagnose and create treatment plans Teach clients coping skills, stress management techniques, and other strategies to improve their mental health Maintaining working relationships with referral sources by promptly responding to all communication requests Attending supervision, training, and other meetings as scheduled Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic case files according to program timeframes and requirements Create and maintain a weekly schedule as dictated by clients (which may include evenings and weekends), utilizing and updating the Microsoft Outlook calendar You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications

Active and unrestricted LSW, LMFT-A, LMHC-A, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC license in the state of Indiana Master’s degree from an accredited college in social work, psychology, sociology, or a related human service field A valid driver’s license and the ability to use a private car to transport oneself and others in compliance with state policy concerning minimum car insurance coverage

The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
