  • Work: The unit has three Cath Labs where physicians perform minimally invasive tests and procedures to diagnose and treat cardiovascular disease. As a nurse you will assist the cardiovascular team with prep and recovery of patients treated in the Cath Lab.

  • You’ll Do: As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Requirements

Candidates must have a nursing degree, an Illinois RN license, and BLS and ACLS certifications. A minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in Critical Care or a Cath Lab, is required.
