Fischer Family Dentistry is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Assistant to join our beautiful, technology-forward general dental practice in Hendersonville, TN. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others, is patient care focused, flourishes in a fast-paced environment, and will make an immediate impact on the practice. As an RDA, you will have the opportunity to work side by side with our talented team!

Candidates must have their RDA license, experience in a general dentistry setting and be comfortable and confident in dental assisting.

We offer a fun, professional, and collaborative work environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Our competitive compensation is based on your experience in addition to a full benefits package including (but not limited to) paid time off, monthly bonus opportunities, 401K, holiday pay, and health, dental, and vision insurances for all full-time employees!!

Requirements

RDA from an accredited dental assisting program Experience in a general dentistry setting preferred CPR certification according to the state Board of Dentistry requirements Current CE requirements according to the state Board of Dentistry Dental X-ray certification High school diploma or equivalent Well-organized and reliable Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. Good computer skills on a variety of software Consistently professional in appearance and attitude
