The Administrative LPN is responsible for creating care plans, conducting supervisory visits, and overseeing health and safety assessments for individuals served. They also provide staff training, coordinate medical visits, and perform medication administration.
Office hours Monday - Friday 8 am to 4 pm. Occasional evening and weekend work required.
