Perform MRI procedures under the direction of a Radiologist and Imaging Services Manager. Responsibilities include patient preparation, administering contrast, performing scans, and maintaining equipment quality and safety.
At the clinical direction of a Radiologist and the administrative direction of the Imaging Services Manager, perform MRI procedures with minimum supervision. Maintain equipment and supplies.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiology or MRI program.
• ARRT – American Registry Radiologic Technologist certificate required; RT (R)
• MRI – Magnetic Resonance Imaging certification RT(R)(MR) or obtained within the first 6 months of hire.
• NV State radiology license if working in any other modality with ionizing radiation (DX, CT, IR, M).
