As a Nurse Practitioner you will perform acts of medical diagnosis or prescription of medical therapeutic or corrective measures in collaboration with attending physicians and residents.

The Nurse Practitioner for this group will see patients in both an Inpatient and Outpatient clinic settings.

1. 2 years Nurse Practitioner experience required in Cardiology and/or Medicine. 2. Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in Cardiology for Medicine preferred.
1. Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required. 2. MSN Required.
1. Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. 2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required. 3. Require ACLS certification. 4. May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support). 5. Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved. This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
Requires a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and completion of a Nurse Practitioner program with Pennsylvania state licensure. Must have at least 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience in Cardiology or Medicine and hold BLS and ACLS certifications.
