Scheduled Weekly Hours: 28 RN, Registered Nurse | Clinic Float Pool Primary Location: Onalaska, WI Secondary Locations: La Crosse and regional clinics (travel tailored to home location whenever possible) FTE: Part-time; 0.7 (56 hours per two weeks) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | No weekends, holidays, or on-call obligations

About the Role

As a Clinic Float Pool RN, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patient care across multiple ambulatory departments, including primary care and specialty care areas. Float Pool nurses are deployed to departments that need immediate staffing support to help teams maintain seamless operations and uninterrupted patient care. Expect meaningful variety, flexibility, and learning across specialties. The Clinic Float Pool is a strong group of 30 RNs and 20 MAs that values connection, support, and teamwork. Why Join Us? Requirements

Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing and a valid Wisconsin RN license upon hire, with licensure in Minnesota and Iowa required within three months. A Bachelor's degree and at least six months of nursing experience are preferred.
