Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a qualified Youth Outpatient Therapist to join their team! This position works Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The Youth Outpatient Therapist a clinical position requiring a combination of graduate level training and experience in diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders.
This individual will demonstrate specialized knowledge in the treatment of one of more of the following age groups: Infants/Toddlers/Preschoolers, School Age Children, Adolescents.
The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Therapist will work individually with children to help children develop skills for managing symptoms of mental illness.
He or she will also work within family systems to strengthen and improve parental responsivity to their child’s emotional and behavioral problems.
This individual will also understand and be able to work collaboratively with community systems that impact child mental health, including but not limited to childcare providers, schools, correctional team, child welfare and foster care.
This individual will work collaboratively with Adapts diverse team mental health and addictions professionals.
