Clinical Research Medical Assistant's Main Objective Overall, the Clinical Research Medical Assistant is responsible for supporting high-quality clinical trial execution while delivering an excellent experience for patients, physicians, and study partners: Patients feel welcomed, informed, and comfortable throughout their study participation Study visits are completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to protocol requirements Patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment activities are supported to help meet study goals Participant retention is prioritized so patients attend and complete required visits throughout the trial Clinical data and visit documentation are entered accurately and in a timely manner across required systems Strong communication is maintained with sponsors, CROs, physicians, and internal team members to keep studies moving forward Sponsor and client interactions are handled professionally to ensure a high level of service both onsite and remotely Physician trust is maintained by staying organized, knowledgeable, and proactive in communicating patient and protocol updates Skills needed to win Required: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a patient-facing healthcare setting Preferred: Active RMA, CCMA, CMA, LPN, or RN certificate Preferred: B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university This is an onsite Monday-Friday position.
