Market context

Florida SLP roles stay competitive

Florida skilled nursing employers often look for Speech Language Pathologists who can step into patient care with minimal onboarding, so licensed candidates with SNF experience tend to stand out. This role is competitive because facilities value current state licensure, CPR certification, and familiarity with long-term care workflows, while benefits commonly include health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your license status and highlight any skilled nursing experience in your application.
