We provide paid training in Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL), a cutting-edge, non-invasive procedure used to treat kidney stones, as well as training and support for urology laser procedures. In this role, you will work alongside top Urologists, supporting patient positioning, imaging, equipment operation, lithotripsy procedures, and laser cases.

This is a highly attractive route because it is focused primarily in the Woodlands and Conroe area, rather than a large multi-city territory. The route is shared with another experienced tech, creating a true team-based environment where communication, reliability, and flexibility matter.
This position supports fewer than 10 facilities and is designed around a manageable schedule. The route averages approximately 65 cases per month, with the workload split between two techs.

✓ Become an ESWL expert with paid training ✓ Support lithotripsy and laser procedures in partner hospital and surgical settings ✓ Assist Urologists with patient positioning, imaging, and equipment operation ✓ Load, unload, and set up mobile lithotripsy equipment ✓ Safely operate and transport equipment using a Freightliner vehicle when needed ✓ Follow hospital protocols, HIPAA guidelines, and patient safety standards ✓ Communicate clearly with your partner tech, physicians, OR staff, and internal teams
✓ ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist with an active Texas license ✓ Comfortable supporting both radiology and laser-related procedures ✓ Detail-oriented and tech-savvy ✓ Strong communication and teamwork skills ✓ Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working independently ✓ Valid driver’s license required ✓ DOT prescreening/medical clearance required ✓ Must be local to or near The Woodlands, Conroe, Spring, or North Houston area
