Market context

Alaska nursing roles need ICU-ready RNs

In Alaska, nursing roles often draw steady interest because hospitals and clinics need RNs who can step into acute care settings with limited onboarding. These positions are competitive when employers want current BCLS, ICU or acute care experience, and preferred ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications.
