Provide comprehensive cardiology care to patients across inpatient and outpatient settings, including consults and telehealth. Collaborate with physicians to deliver health promotion and disease prevention services within Cardiac Centers of Excellence.
Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision making skills, works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals. Provides health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention. They may care for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly as noted in age-related category and area of expertise. Education Qualifications: This position will help expand patient access and deliver exceptional care across our dedicated cardiology services. The role may function within our Cardiac Centers of Excellence programs, spanning both inpatient and outpatient care settings, and include patient follow-ups, consults, and telehealth to support our growing same-day access initiatives. Our goal is to practice at the top of our scope with strong guidance and support. This role offers opportunities for collaboration, specialized training, certification, and research. Specific roles and responsibilities will continue to evolve in alignment with current initiatives. SCHEDULE: 1.0 FTE Monday through Friday No nights/weekends/call.
