Job Description: In-Home Support – Community Living

New Horizons is looking for an In-Home Support employee to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach their individual goals.
In-Home Support employees may need to assist clients with household management tasks (such as meal preparation, laundry, cleaning and decorating), physical needs (such as grooming or eating), or community needs (participating in events, hobbies, recreational activities).

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Completion of required training, including First Aid/CPR certification, and passing drug and background tests are mandatory.
