About the Role

As a Multisystemic Therapist, you will provide: Conduct in-home and community-based sessions. Perform assessments of family strengths and needs. Develop and implement treatment plans following MST standards. Empower caregivers to independently address challenges and support youth in navigating family, school, peer, and neighborhood issues. Manage a flexible schedule tailored to family needs, including school meetings and court hearings. This description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role. Compensation This role is compensated on a variable rate model, designed to reward productivity while providing consistent earning opportunity through established referral volume.

Compensation

  • $51,993 - $73,494 Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience. This is a variable rate non-exempt position with unlimited earning potential. What You Can Expect Consistent referral volume and established patient base Administrative and scheduling support Flexible scheduling options Supportive clinical and operational leadership Opportunities to build your preferred clinical focus areas Streamlined onboarding and credentialing support Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with care teams as needed Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level) QualificationsEducation Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field Licenses & Certifications Must be registered with the Department of Health Professionals as Licensed Eligible (Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work).
