What this role looks like You'll carry a caseload of 15–36 sessions per week (you choose part-time or full-time) providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth.
Most of our clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings (2–9 PM), with weekend availability a plus.
Day-to-day you'll: Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team — therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working together Maintain timely documentation in our EHR Support families with education and care coordination, not just the child in the room

Must hold an active Maryland license (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C) and have experience working with youth and families. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
