What this role looks like You'll carry a caseload of 25–36 sessions per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth.
Most of our clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings (2–9 PM), with weekend availability a plus.
Strong referral flow means consistent income from the start.
Day-to-day you'll: Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team — therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working together Maintain timely documentation in our EHR Support families with education and care coordination, not just the child in the room
$65/billable hour — LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT (independently licensed) $45/billable hour — LMSW or LGPC (supervision provided; limited openings) Medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with 3% company match PTO $300 annual CEU reimbursement Free clinical supervision for eligible licenses via our residency prorgram $25,000 company-paid life insurance Administrative support from our experienced Care Coordinators so you can focus on delivering care Pathways into clinical leadership, including our Residency & Fellowship Program What we're looking for Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling. Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT or LCSW-C Experience with children, teens, and families Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Strong technological skills and learning new systems, including Zoom, GSuite (Google Calendar, Gmail, etc.), electronic health record systems, and other collaboration tools Bilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred Committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
