Unison Health is seeking a licensed LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC to provide direct therapeutic services to children and families experiencing mental health and behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities include conducting diagnostic assessments and providing individual, family, and group therapy.
This is a community-based position that requires travel, as services are provided in the youth's home and throughout the community.
The position also requires advocacy, care coordination, and linkage to community resources.
This role supports the Whole Child Matters Grant by providing therapeutic services to children and families.
