Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will help patients and families receive the highest quality care and knowledge so they can achieve optimal wellness and a compassionate healing experience.

Every day you will implement individual patient care in the clinic according to established practice protocols, policies, and procedures.

You will be expected to assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants in clinical duties while adhering to the North Dakota Nurse Practice Act and the limitations of your scope of practice.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a diligent work ethic, and the ability to accurately perform clinical tasks and documentation within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma or GED and graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program with a valid CMA certification. Basic Life Support (CPR) certification is required, and two years of experience is preferred.
