Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team.

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine patients’ physical capabilities and develop tailored treatment plans aligned with clinical standards. Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and exercise programs to promote rehabilitation and functional independence. Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting care plans as needed to optimize outcomes. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and discharge planning. Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with medical terminology and physiotherapy standards. Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention strategies, and home care routines to support ongoing recovery outside clinical settings. Participate in outpatient rehabilitation center activities, inpatient care rounds, and home health visits to deliver consistent patient care across diverse environments.
Valid licensure or certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within outpatient clinics, hospitals, or inpatient settings. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, geriatrics, and geriatrics-specific care needs. Familiarity with clinical documentation standards and electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems for efficient patient data management. Experience developing treatment plans for various conditions including musculoskeletal injuries, neurological disorders, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds while demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Knowledge of discharge planning processes and working with geriatric patients or those requiring home & community care services is highly desirable.
