In Minnesota, administration roles in healthcare often stay competitive because employers look for candidates who can keep patient flow organized while supporting clinical teams in busy offices. This role stands out for requiring current phlebotomy and CPR/BLS certification plus at least one year of healthcare experience, so applicants should confirm those credentials are current and tailor their resume to show fast-paced medical office experience.
