What You’ll Do Reporting to the Dental Practice Manager, you’ll handle a range of clinical and administrative tasks that keep our dental operations running efficiently. Chairside Support Set up dental procedures and prepare treatment rooms for each patient. Provide hands-on assistance to the dentist during procedures. Take clear, diagnostic-quality x-ray films. Capture accurate alginate impressions. Sterilize dental instruments and maintain infection-control standards. Documentation & Patient Care Record patient vitals and chief complaints in the chart. Document clinical notes and treatment plans accurately. Communicate with patients in a warm, professional manner to ensure comfort throughout their visit. What We’re Looking For You’re someone who takes pride in delivering great patient care and stays calm in a busy clinical setting. You bring strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to helping others. High school diploma or equivalent. X-Ray Certification (or ability to complete within 6 months of hire). BLS Certification (or ability to complete within 6 months of hire). Comfortable using computers for charting and documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous dental assistant experience is a plus — candidates who don’t meet every preferred qualification are encouraged to apply. Schedule & Locations This is a full-time Dental Assistant position available at our Thundermist Health Center location in West Warwick. Our dental clinics operate Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Your schedule may include rotating evenings based on department needs.
