Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history review, physical examinations, and assessment of diagnostic findings Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for new and established patients with neuropathy, musculoskeletal, and chronic pain conditions Order and interpret diagnostic testing, imaging studies, and laboratory work as clinically appropriate Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, expected outcomes, and home-care recommendations Provide ongoing follow-up care, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure the highest quality patient care Perform clinical duties within the scope of practice and delegated authority established by the collaborating physician Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation and patient records Support clinical operations and work closely with medical assistants, therapists, and administrative staff Serve as a trusted resource for patients, helping them navigate their treatment plans and achieve their health and wellness goals
