The RN is responsible for conferring with physicians to plan and develop nursing services for residents. They must examine resident records and perform administrative duties such as charting and evaluations to identify physical or mental health issues.

You are a team player and want to work with other team players. What You’ll be Doing Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you. Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident. Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives! Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
