Market context
Hospice aide openings in Virginia are often tied to growing demand for home-based and end-of-life care, especially in settings that need dependable bedside support. These roles can be competitive because employers commonly look for current CPR certification and prefer CNA credentials, and in some states applicants must already be licensed or have completed a state-approved training program with continuous employment. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your certification status and prepare to show experience with patient comfort and daily care.
