The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for monitoring patients, preparing comprehensive care plans, and conducting diagnostic tests at a Wellness Center. They provide counseling and guidance to patients while acting as a medical resource to support physicians.
The Nurse Practitioner contributes to AHF by monitoring patients and preparing comprehensive patient care plans, at one of our Wellness Centers. With a friendly, helpful and compassionate disposition you can enhance the experience of members of our Wellness Center including patients. The Nurse Practitioner also conducts diagnostic test, evaluates lab reports, provides information on how to reduce risk of contracting an STI and interprets healthcare conditions. Providing special attention to patient chars, including treating patients in a timely manner, acting as a medical resource, and providing both counseling and guidance as needed.
The Nurse Practitioner enhances the reputation of AHF by being a team-player, treating all patients, including walk-ins, with respect and the highest level of care. Allowing our physicians to provide treatment efficiently.
