- Key responsibilities (What you’ll do)
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to osha standards
- Assist dentists during general and specialty procedures (Including ortho, oral surgery, etc.)
- Take, develop, and process dental x-Rays
- Maintain accurate patient records, charting, and documentation
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-Treatment care
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
- Manage operatory flow and support efficiency in a fast-Paced environment
- Collaborate with front and back-Office teams to deliver exceptional patient care
- Be a key part of creating a positive patient experience from start to finish
- Take initiative to learn new skills and assist across multiple specialties
- Participate in mentoring programs to grow your clinical expertise and advance your career

Qualifications
- Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- Current X-ray certification (CA)
- Coronal polish and sealant certification
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Knowledge of sterilization procedures and OSHA compliance
- Specialty experience (Orthodontics, Periodontics, Oral Surgery, Pediatrics) is a plus but not required
